Yes. We operate under a professional code of conduct to ensure a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for both clients and practitioners. This code is centered on integrity and professionalism, and it requires that all interactions are consensual, respectful, and within defined, non-sexual boundaries.
After we confirm your session by email, you can either choose to receive a payment link or pay at the moment of the session by direct transfer or in cash.
Yes, you can cancel your session without charge until three days before the session. Within three days of the session we still allow rescheduling to a later date but full cancellation of the service is no longer possible.
